How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pashmak Pro → Cancel. Or in Pashmak: Settings → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or trial end date to avoid being charged.

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked

Open Settings → Restore Purchases in Pashmak while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Pashmak can't hear me

Allow microphone access in iPhone Settings → Pashmak → Microphone. On speaker, speak a bit closer to the phone to interrupt Pashmak mid-sentence.

The sound is quiet

Check that your ring/silent switch isn't muting media and turn up the volume while Pashmak is talking. Bluetooth headphones work too.

What are the free limits?

Every day: 1 voice call (5 minutes), 15 chat messages, 3 stories and 10 pronunciation checks. Path lessons are free. Pashmak Pro removes the daily limits.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
